Pivots We Replace

Offset pivots
The most common pivot on aluminum storefront doors, at the top and bottom.

Center-hung pivots
Used with floor closers, so the door swings around its center.

Intermediate pivots
Added partway up tall or heavy doors for extra support.
Electrified pivots
Carry wiring for card readers and electric locks.
Hinges We Replace

Continuous hinges
Full-length hinges (like Roton) that stop sagging on busy entrances.

Butt hinges
Standard hinges on many commercial and hollow metal doors.

Ball bearing hinges
Smooth, long-lasting hinges for heavy, high-traffic commercial doors.

Spring hinges
Close the door on their own, often on fire-rated doors.
